 After working on festivals as a youngster such as The Dynamo Open Air Festival, The camping flight to Lowlands Paradise, The Electric Picnic with his Falafel van for the first time in 2006. In 2007 The Gourmet Offensive spend the whole summer working as many festivals as possible in Ireland.2008 was the launch of the One World Tent. 2009 Delighted with being inside the Body And Soul and our falafel will also be available.Earlier in the year we braved the western Aran winter mission for Brides of Franc. The Volvo Ocean race showed Galway in Glory (good weather) One World Tent 20082008 will see the launch of a completely new concept in Irish festival catering. The One World Tent will bring people on a journey around the world; not just culinary but also visually and musically. The Electric Picnic 2009 This year our tent is slightly different, but rest assured we are poshing things up a bit with a real floor and even possibly some nice carpet.Hopefully we will be allowed to use our own (real)plates at a(small)Deposit We are catering for the Body and Soul set-up and Doolab. Loads of cooking once again. We are going to try to cut down on Energy consumptions. All oil used is always recycled and produce-wise we do our uttermost best to Grow or buy local.
